This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided through our website and software development work. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms specified in this policy.
Project Cancellation: If the project is canceled by the client before work has commenced.
Non-Delivery of Service: If no work has been delivered as per the agreed timeline and terms.
Deficiencies in Deliverables: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the contract.
Force Majeure: If unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other events beyond our control, prevent the completion of the project.
Change of Mind: If the client changes their mind after the commencement of the project.
Partial Work Approval: If partial work has been approved by the client during the project lifecycle.
Delayed Communication: If delays in project completion are caused by the client’s failure to provide timely feedback, approvals, or required information.
Third-Party Services: Costs associated with third-party tools, plugins, or software that have been procured for the project.
Submit a written request via email, including the reasons for the refund and supporting documentation, if applicable.
Allow up to 14 business days for the request to be reviewed.
Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
In cases where some work has been delivered but does not meet the agreed specifications, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of incomplete or unsatisfactory work.
Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Refund requests based solely on dissatisfaction after the allocated revisions have been exhausted will not be entertained.
If the client terminates the project prematurely, refund eligibility will depend on the amount of work already completed. Any refundable amount will be determined at our sole discretion.
In the event that we are unable to complete the project due to internal issues, a full refund will be issued for the undelivered portion of the work.
